Everything looks really good to me, i would highly recommend looking into a Cooler Master case though, they cost about 120$ but work perfectly. I normally go against liquid cooling too, but if you trust it keep it. If you decide to go against liquid cooling, find a copper heat sink. Which i would still recommend if possible for your cpu.

Looks like a good system to me, except the case you've listed does not support E-ATX boards. The soundcard is probably not worth getting unless you're going to put a fair bit of money into it as onboard sound cards are actually quite good these days and most likely better than the Xonar DSX.

If you are willing to put that much money into a motherboard then I would suggest either the G.Sniper 5 (E-ATX too) or Asus Maximus VI Extreme (Standard ATX).

As for the soundcard I would suggest Asus Xonar Phoebus or get the Essence One.

It'll work fine for everything, same sstem almost exactly, diff vid card than what you had on it last. I'm not a fan of buying a card intending ot get a second down the road. You're more likely to upgrade that 770 to something else for a feature the 770 doesn't have than just outright power, so you're pretty much all set if you go with that. Not my favorite choice of motherboard, I would suggest http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z87%20Extreme4/ for good price/performance

I like the liquid system because it's closed loop, so no messing with it, just plug and go. And I do love cooler master, but this one just looks better IMO.

I built a system last year using the same PSU/Ram and its great, but from what I read i would almost look at dual video cards (like 680's) over a single 770.
