Update, The vet and I have found a temp solution with depo medrol Injections, the inflammation has gone down almost completely.
This is a temporary solution however, it may keep working for weeks or months but eventually it will become less and less effective,
Its not a long term solution as it often can cause diabetes when used long term but as a stopgap I am glad it can help with her symptoms.

Update, Korra had her surgery and is doing well with just her 4 canine teeth, all of the others where removed.

Hey man, glad the surgery went well.

She looks super happy and relaxed, especially in the second picture!
