Introduction to my fitness certification!

Hi everyone!
I have talked about this in the chat on the stream (and offline chat) from time to time, I'm working on my ddpy level 1 certification and I need to teach 20 hours ( 10 allowed online, rest in person) Here is a video that explains about it that I made =) Feel free to ask me here or on discord if you have any questions! or are interested in helping
