Need help to build a new PC

Hi I'm trying to build my own computer but its pretty intimidating to choose compatible parts and I was hoping to get a little help with what I have so far on pc parts picker, https://pcpartpicker.com/list/x9gnpB I want a cheep starter build focusing on the Gigabyte 3060 RTX GPU and the MSI case I bought if possible.
I do have a few parts in my old computer that I hope to use that I listed in the parts picker.
