Silent Forest Fellowship upgrade

Hello everyone, 2.5 is just around the corner and fellowship upgrades are coming!
We currently own 4.
Solis - Dynastyofwar
Silent Forest - Elda
Arcum Iris - Elda (Ravendark may be pulling his up)
My plan is to upgrade the silent forest (or Arcum or both) one as soon at the patch goes live. We will need lots of materials and lots of labor. The materials for each fellowship are (according to Korean wiki)
0/15 blueprint
24/60 brick construction bundles
17/20 column bundles (not sure if they mean woodbeam)
6/20 construction tool bundles.
Raw mats are appreciated as is the labor to process it all.
It looks like there will NOT be a cash shop component for this upgrade.
