1. The Fungeon - Guild Gathering and Crafting House
- Location: In Villanelle - near Lutesong Harbour (Port Spawn) in the Luxury House Area (see map)
- Specialties: All Crafting Regals usable for every guildmember, Guild Community Chest downstairs, Farm space around the house for guildmembers, Fireplace Port Point
- Current Crafting Boosts
- +1000 Leatherworking
- +2500 Tailoring
- +1000 Metalwork
- Rules: Please respect the following community housing rules ingame
- You can use every free farm space around the house
- If other peoples plants are ready and there is no other space you are allowed to harvest it if you SEND the gathered stuff to the rightful owner and let them know that you did so.
- Feel free to get stuff from the community chest below. If you take something please put something else in the chest. Doesn't matter what Just don't leave it empty please.

2. The Cohhcohhcabana - Guild Gathering and Aquafarming Marine House
- Location: In Solis - right next to Austera Harbour in the Marine House Area (see map)
- Specialties: Usable Aquafarm for every guildmember beneath the house , Guild Community Chest, Fireplace Port Point
- Rules: Please respect the following community housing rules ingame
- You can use every free aquafarm space beneath the house
- If other peoples plants/corals/traps are ready and there is no other space you are allowed to harvest it if you SEND the gathered stuff to the rightful owner and let them know that you did so.
