So I was excited today when I qualified to get on the H1Z1 "Last Stand" only to find out I applied the code to my old PS4 account instead of my PC account. I need to know how to and fix this.

Does SOE/Daybreak just refund the code and I reuse it? Do I have them just get rid of it and apply for a new one for the Coalition ? Do I need to wait for the Coalition to do some thing on their end ?

Any help ?

As we cannot really change codes applied in any way only daybreak can help with this. Not much to do about it really, especially as we also have a policy of not giving out extra codes. Will have to wait for feedback from Daybreak.

Daybreak says they have no way to change the code. I can forward the email to whom ever if need be. I would really like to play on the h1z1 server. I stopped play due to the cheats and griefers on the regular servers.

Could you send me a private conversion here on the forums with it, send me a Twitch Pm with it, or forward it to rynea@evilfairy.wtf please, any of these options would be fine. Can't guarantee that we will create another code for you, but I'll look into it and bring it up with the team.

Sorry to say but after discussing it with our H1Z1 admins, our general rule is not to give out any more keys even if they were applied to a wrong account.
