How to get gear fast?

Hey there boys, Fallout player here. So, I am currently around level 27 and I have a problem with gearing up. That means - I play survival difficulty and I think I might have died more than I should. I run VATS rifle sneak build, I like it a lot, the problem is in my armor. As far as I know I have not found any suitable armor pieces to be better than my Silver Shroud armor combined, any suggestions how to get good gear? It has became a pain in the a** recently.

So far I have found one leg with +1AGI and +1 CHA, and I guess a hand with +2 LUCK. That is pretty much every suitable armor I found.
