I reloaded a few times to film this because Dogmeat, my noble steed, had bolted in and flipped over the blocks. I noticed that once or twice, the blocks actually changed their letters. That was either a glitch or it means it was complete random chance that "GARY" was spelled out. I'm interested in what others find there.

That is really great!! There are so many things that I have seen that are pretty good. My favorite is a bear in glasses reading the paper on the toilet.
