the !time twitch command

Would it be possible to make a small change to the !time command to add either am/pm onto the end of the time it displays or change it into 24h format?
Currently it only says:
CohhilitionBot:
Cohhs time is currently 05:18 EST
It doesnt differentiate if this is am/pm, while most of the other commands that may mention the time seem to have AM or PM in them, this would keep it in line with other commands as well as make it easier for those of us on the otherside of the world to quickly figure out the time when things are happening in the stream relevant to our own time.
