Well, straight to the point - Cohh's YouTube channel is not great as a "YouTube channel". Too many too long videos per day. Lets say the videos get 200 views on average currently, so that's 1.5% of subscribers watching the videos - that's bad.

If you want your channel to grow you most make "YouTube content," which Twitch streams aren't. A channel with 1 hour of content in 1-3 videos per day will most definitely grow more and faster than a channel with 24 hours of content in 3+ videos per day. Especially if the shorter content has a better quality/time ratio (yes I did just make it up) - for example, Highlight video's "quality/time ratio" is over the top, while watch value of a VOD of grinding mobs in a MMORPG is non-existant.

Uploading all the VODS for fans to watch on demand - ok. But maybe do it on a separate channel dedicated to that, so people who want to watch some specific cast can go there watch the whole game stream and just leave for the time, come back for another vod some day. That way he does not have to worry about getting the Sub box flooded every day (which is the main problem right now) if he just wants the more condensed YouTube content.

They (specifically TB) made some really good points on Dropped Frames EP07, p2 on how to make Twitch stream into a watchable YouTube content. Crop the VODs substantialy and upload regularly and not too often (Ex.: Trump), and/or upload (only) Highlights to YouTube with optional commentary (Ex.: nl_kripp / Trolden). Optionally sometimes upload longer/more(but not 15 videos per day) videos of some new hyped/interesting games which could possibly bring in new people, but don't forget to edit them to an enjoyable to watch level.

So if cohh just wants a channel where he can upload his VODs and that's it, it's pretty much fine as it is right nowand you can discard all that I've just said. Just video length could be adjusted so a playthrough wouldn't go for over 20 episodes unless it's a darn long game (but in that case you should rethink rethink if it's actually worth uploading it in the first place - is anyone gonna watch all 100 hours?).
But to make it more of a "YouTube channel" it needs some change. ☻

I think the main problem with that is, that it would take a lot of work and time. So unless you find someone who would want to dedicate a lot of his time and sweat to crop and edit the twitch content into something more digestible for youtube this won't happen.
