Possible Discord Server?

I've seen a few people asking about other options for communication other than the forum and Twitch chat, especially non-subs while the chat is in subscriber-only mode. Personally, I love forums, but I can see their point. Now, this may be difficult to moderate and organize, but I think a good idea may be a Discord server.
Discord's a free text and voice chat program been gaining momentum especially for Twitch users due to its Twitch integration. Essentially, when you set up a server through it, the program can recognize who is subscribed to your channel and who is not. This may provide options for moderation permissions and such while still providing a text chat area for non-subscribers to participate in.
Since it's free both on server and client ends, I figured this might be worth a shot. Only real trouble would be in its moderation, as I said before. Since moderating a chat server is hard to automate and would require some amount of attention by trusted staff/moderators.
