Rewarding helpfull community members

Hi There!

I had an idea while recently getting assistance from from community members for this and that, technical problems advise on games whatever, I would like to show my gratitude. I think a system that allows you to tip one of your tokens to another community member, not unlike giving reddit gold on reddit.

Now I can think of a few issues with this and how to combat them:

Its open to abuse, people hording tokens on multiple accounts and spending to same user. One way around this is to impose limits on the amount of tokens you can give over a period of time, you can only give 2 tokens a day maybe. To further limit abuse of the system the process could be limited to those only above a certain level, so we know these members have invested time here. It could even be limited to subs or even dual subs.

I just think it would be nice to show other community members appreciation for what ever reason.
