I know that you start viewer interaction hours at roughly 4pm EST - 7pm EST and working 9-5 I get home roughly in time to watch you wrap it up and I'm only one timezone behind you (CST), 9-5s in Mountain or West Coast will never get to play with you.
Therefore consider this a suggestion to move to 6pm EST. I do know this may impact Europeans as it's probably late but not insanely late for them currently, so this is an open-ended suggestion.

Originally it was at 5pm EST, the only problem is that if you move it any later than it is already is that we are an international community. 5pm EST is 10pm in the UK and 11pm in Western Europe.

Yup, moving it to a later EST time just makes it so that EU people have to stay up at like 11pm-12am, often too late for those of us that have work.
