Not entered in giveaways. Even though I put !enter in chat

As the title says i do enter the giveaways bu for some reason it always says I'm not entered on here. Is that true?
Please help as I want to make sure I can enter

I do not show you have typed anything in chat since Nov. 16. If you have typed anything in chat since then, you should probably log out of Twitch and log back in. I cross referenced my chat log with another moderators chat log, and neither of our logs show you trying to enter a giveaway since Nov. 16.
