Custom Welcome Message

A long while ago, I had purchased a custom welcome message. I never received confirmation and my tokens were refunded so I assumed I had maybe done something wrong so I left it be. I am trying to buy a welcome message again and I get the message "You have reached the purchase limit for this item." However, I do not have a message. My original one was related to my love for DBZ so I don't know if that was wrong or something. How do I fix this?

The issue should be resolved.

Your prior refunded purchase should no longer block your follow up purchase!
