Token gaining problem

For last month I was checking my token counter and it always show 441 or 440 tokens. I'm watching stream daily for more than hour and rly don't know what to check to fix it. Someone have an idea what could be wrong ?

I have a similar problem. On the cohhilition home page it doesn't show a number, and on other pages its been stuck at 768 for maybe 3 weeks.

Twitch/Chrome/Mac
Tried to upload an image of what it looks like but the file keeps disappearing after I attach it.
It looks like "Working Tokens: [ ] Lifetime Tokens: [ ] Current Level: [ 0 ] Experience: [ /2000(%)] "
If I click around between home, forums, and resources eventually there will be one that shows an actual token count, but it is rarely an updated count.

You can get a accurate token count from either the token store https://cohh.tv/tstore/

Or by referring to the Token Extension in cohh's panels at https://twitch.tv/cohhcarnage

In order to earn tokens you must be visible in chat, if you go fullscreen and have chat in the same window, chat tends to disconnect, removing you from the viewers list. If you are watching in fullscreen, make sure to open https://twitch.tv/cohhcarnage/chat in another window.
