I've noticed over the last several weeks that my working tokens don't move past 745. They change up in down but I've been watching the stream since about 8:30 this morning and I've watch it go up and down but never more then 745. I have the token checker turned on in the stream and it was up to 744 and then it went down to 742. It seems very strange to me and not behaving correctly.

Did the token checker say *Estimated?

The token checker estimates your current tokens when a token tick occurs, (rather than sending out EVERYONE's token values each token tick). And loads your correct working tokens when it reloads.

In order to earn tokens you must be visible in the viewers list, which requires the following:

• Able to see chat
• Able to write into chat
• Not set to "Invisible" in the user drop down top right of Twitch

If you are on mobile or full screen video (without chat open in another window), chat will disconnect, and you will not show in the viewerlist.

Ahh, ok. That is mostly likely it. I usually just leave chat close and watch the stream full screen. I assuming that would be what is causing the tokens to not change at all.

We may look into the TokenChecker helping chat presense, but it will have the same issue as "closing chat" when you full screen. It basically unloads.

hi i was wondering if theater mode would be alright.

Theatre mode usually still shows chat on the right. So as long as you can still see and write into chat then it will award tokens

So when i’m On the iPad even tho I’m log in here it won’t add tokens...

In order to obtain tokens you must be able to see and type into chat.

If chat is not visible on the iPad screen, I cannot see you watching the stream in order to give you tokens!

You only need to login to the forums to view your token count. You do not need a forum account in order to get tokens
