Hey Guys

So I recently changed my username on twitch (Was TheDucatiGuy and is now RidingWithCJ) and have defo clocked over 24 months subbed but its not unlocked on here? I assume that is why, and not sure who to get in touch with to fix everything.

any help is greatly appreciated!

Due to how Twitch doesn't provide a "months subbed" amount, the achievement is generally populated when you share your resubscription in chat.

If you have not shared your resubscription in chat then it won't populate the achievement, as what gets shared in chat is currently be using to score the achievement.

Did you share it in chat?

The system does need a small patch to consider both the "authority" (Twitch Chat pings for resubs) and the mathed version for those that don't ping chat.
