My two cents:

Sparse Spartan

Using shield and spear with minimal armor. Ready to take on hordes of hollow as a one-man army!

The Fencer

Medium armor build with a rapier and small shield. (You will finally have to parry Cohh!)

so hmmmmmmmmmm
by watching Cohh we all know that he likes Fast Roll and fast Weapons so let's make it a Heavy Build !

A heavy Weapon ( Like Greatsword and so )
Just heavy Armor ( is Havels Armor in DS3?)
MUST Have the Fat Roll

Think of it as a Tank Build Take the Damage not avoid it
What about a Legolas build Bows only ? =)
if you make it a legolas build then i'd say he is allowed the sword of the dancer or something, just like legolas his dual blades

my idea:

make a indiana jones build:
high luck build
always wear a hat (no helmet)
must always have a whip on hand but can use other light weapons
only light armour

Indy must always.. ALWAYS go for the loot, no matter how dangerous or stupid or impossible
Divine CohhMonk

Starting Class: Deprived or Herald
Alignment: Lawful ****ing Good
Starting Gift: Divine Blessing, Life Ring, Hidden Blessing.
Main Stats: Str, Faith and Dex
Minor Stats: Attunement and Endurance
Armor: No Chest armor rest light armor (can allow a cool robe and medium (maybe))
Weapons: Fists, Caestus or similar fist weapons (No Claws) Chime ofc for Miracles. No Shields.
Weapon infusion: Blessed gem or simple gem
Covenant: Warrior of Sunlight or other holy covenant

Guidelines: Dual-wield fist weapons as much as possible. Use miracles mainly for buffs or a offensive opening no hexing allowed (cuz divine). Vigor will be set to somewhere between 15-20 to make it abit more challenging (May increase if it proves to be too difficult). Bows will be allowed for required mobs/areas.

Background: Respected Monk from an ancient order. You follow simple routines to help you stay focused, faithful and most importantly zen in the tasks at hand. Some of the routines to follow: Do it slowly and deliberately, Live simply, Smile and Serve others, Develop rituals.

With this in mind during the playthrough it is important to be appreciative of the small things and praise the sun. This will be the favored ritual and action. Onion Bro will teach the way of resting and must be acknowledged everytime with either the rest or sit emote. When temptation comes knocking in the form of invaders one must praise the sun for power in the upcoming battle. As a Monk you will also give your aid to others in boss battles and before actually aiding in any battle one must praise the sun to cleanse the ally from any ailments.
One must though avoid the temptation in the material world and stay on the divine path. This said you will not be able to use certain items (Consumables) that has not been blessed by the gods or provided for by natural means. All unholy items can be traded or sold but to stay on your holy path destroying the tempation is byfar the favored action.
Some items that are allowed: Green Blossom, Elizabeth Mushroom, Poison Moss, Mossfruit, Estus and Ashen flasks, Divine blessings.
Items not allowed: all types of bombs, urns and throwing knives
Fraternisation with other magics such as pyromancy or sorcery is frowned upon.

(If starting Class is set to Herald a good ol'fashioned strip will be needed upon the start of the game, hopefully with some good lighting and music.)
Fat Rolling is really bad. Even people who like to play like a tank try to avoid fat rolling. With the way DS combat works it makes it essential to dodge some of the time (even with a sword & board build).

I would like to see something new, so a qualtity bow / crossbow build. ther are alot of caster, sword & board things and we had a good dex samurai run. Now its time to get some arrows into the air!

title: english longbow man
main weaponry: bows & crossbow
secondary weaponry: daggers, short sword, bombs, poison.
no magic, but miracles if wanted
class: Deprived
armor: always complete sets, no mixing, no shields

edit: if to easy (heard him talk about that in the last DF), limit vigor to either 15 or 20, forbid unholy weapons, unholy arrows, pact with demons or sacrifices to demons. etc. If still to easy, adjust as seen fit =)

Why not try something a bit different and kinda roleplay as one of the fallen knights with a longsword in right hand a parrying dagger in the left and ofcourse be wearing their armour, i'd imagine it would be sorta half dex and half strength with a moderate amount of vigor/vit too. you also get that armour pretty early on and im sure its easy enough to get a parrying dagger from somewhere. idk could be fun just my thoughts.

Soo thins would probably be fun.. for us to watch.

The lord of Parry
* Buckler / Parry Dagger must be off hand weapon.
* Main Hand Weapon: All daggers allowed, or Fist weapons
* Armor is optional, but must be light armor
* You can use Weapon buffs, spells included

All enemies that can be parried must be parried, that goes for bosses too. If they cant be parried u must get the killing blow with a Back Stab or Charged heavy attack.

You are not allowed to carry heavy Armor or Great Shields. Must be dropped in Firelink, so we can see all the useless shields and armor lay on the ground.

Max Soul lvl is 130
Max 16 in Str
No limit on Dex

Holy Knight to the Death:

A young aspiring Knight, still pursuing his lofty goals into death. Wanting to continue to build his stats and pursue more strength, for he can never be killed again. While trying to maintain the journey, he tries not to kill any praying disciple regardless to whom they pray. He only kills the disciples that attacks him. He occasionally uses his shield, for he is proud of his swordsmanship ability. As he marches on he stays on the path of light and keeps away of any item with darkness instilled upon it.

Deprived Class. Can only "upgrade" an itemslot after a boss is killed, i.e. keeping the club and plank and no armor for the first boss, after the first boss allowed to *either* change weapon, OR shield, OR equip one piece of armor, OR add a ring.
What armor, weapon, shield and rings you want to use is *entirely* up to you, but I suggest a 2handed weapon, fast-to-medium-roll armor and a "regular" shield, and rings that suits your needs.

Want a full set of armor with another shield and another weapon than club, and 4 rings? Then you beat 10 bosses. Want to change weapon from club, to sword, to axe? Then that's two bosses only because of that.

All bosses count towards this, including the "lesser" ones (non-respawnable "big mobs", such as Stray Demon, Dragon, invading npc's). To add to tension - even a killed *player invasion* is counted to wards your allowance of changing an item, but here's the kicker - you can only have "one change in store", you cant kill a boss, then an invader and then change two pieces. Kill the boss, change an item, kill the invader, change an item is ok, but you cant store item-changes to switch both shield and weapon at the same time, or change both helmet and chestpiece at the same time.

Want to equip an armor piece? Then that's a boss you need to kill.
Found a better armor piece and want to switch to that one? That's another boss again.
Found a weapon and want to try it out? Go ahead, that's one boss. Want to change it back? Go kill a boss.

All bosses, all invaders (players and npc's alike), all "non-respawnable mobs" (like dragons, the non-respawning mimics, the non-respawning black knights, stray demon) counts towards your allowance to change an item.

The items that is "limited" by these exchanges are;
 • Left hand item.
 • Right hand item.
 • All four ringslots.
 • Helmet.
 • Armor.
 • Gauntlets.
 • Leggings.

Any other spell and item is freely interchangeable. Upgrading weapons does not require "boss-kills", meaning you can kill a boss and change from club to axe, then freely upgrade that axe as far as you want. If you want two of the same weapon for different infusions, you still need a "boss-kill" for each axe to add.

One thing that does *not* require "a boss-kill" is if you *change hands* of an item. If you have torch equipped as a left-hand item and want to use torch+shield, you are allowed to change the torch over to right hand for "free" - as long as you have an already empty slot there. If you dont, let's say if you have shield+torch in left hand, and sword+axe+dagger in your right hand, you have to move one of your weapons to the left hand before being allowed to wield the torch in your right hand for free. As long as two items swaps place (from left-hand to right-hand), you can do it for free. Any time you remove, add or entirely change a "hand-item", you need a "boss-kill".

Rings and armorpieces require a "boss-kill" for each time you add/exchange/remove a piece. Here you have no "free exchanges".

You *can* add as many "hand items" you'd like, allowing you to switch between them freely (right hand sword and talisman and grass crest shield and torch in left hand is allowed, but requires 4 "bosses" between them), but any decision to *take off* an item requires a "boss-kill" (throwing away everything but shield and weapon requires a "boss-kill" for each time you remove something and again to re-add them).
Player invasions would be a good and fast way to "grind up item-changes".

I really hope you take this, because I would be watching your struggle all the way to get an entire set of equipment with delight, and *getting a full equipment set* would be just as fulfilling as beating a hard boss, and to then think about finding a *better* set of armor.

You could take a "lighter" version of this, and having each "boss-kill" as an "unlock" for a item-piece, and after "unlocking" it being able to freely change to/from that item as you want, like if you finally killed bosses enough to use 4 rings, and then kill a boss to use a 5th ring, allowing you to freely change between these five rings as you like (this would be the same with armor pieces, having a great set of armor, then finding a great chestpiece and use that, and being allowed to freely change between the first and 2nd piece of chestpiece as you like).
This would be the funniest playthrough ever.

Sticky Fingers - Up close and personal

- Starting class is Thief
- Main build is Dex, End, Vig, Lck
- Can only use fists, claws, daggers and Luck weapons
- Can only use the Short Bow (short range)
- Can not use or equip shields but is allowed to sell them
- Must always wear cloth armor, preferably hooded that hides the face (metal armor limits a thiefs movement and cancels his stealth)
- Can only join the Rosaria's Fingers Covenant (a thief changes appearance to stay hidden in plain sight)
- Loot gets priority over enemies
- Must sell all his loot (weapons, armor, rings) not used/equipped whenever theres a chance to do so (gotta make that $$$)

The Duelist:
A Rapier wielding character that can use a small shield or parrying dagger. Primary specs are Dex and Luck. Must accept a challenge when invaded for honor. Healing is allowed during a duel if invaded. If he loses a duel, he must invade another character in order to avenge himself. During this duel, the Duelist can not heal whatsoever. I will leave what happens upon loss/win to Cohh for time constraints, but generally should keep dueling until he has won a duel. The Duelist is above the use of poison, but is will bleed his enemies after piercing their armor. The Duelist capitalizes on mobility so must always where light armor, however can wear medium armor if it does not hinder his rolls at all. Can use Pine Resins and/or spells to adapt a weapon to situations that would benefit the duelist (Buff spells). However, the duelist must never use directly offensive spells. The duelist can only use crossbows for ranged attacks, as bows are not seen as a honorable kill. Finally, in order to be quick on his feet, the Duelist must deposit, drop, or sell all heavy weapons and armors/ shields. These include Greatswords, Greataxes, Great Swords, Havels armor, etc.
Specs:
Starting Class: Assassin/Thief
Primary Stats: Dex and Luck
Secondary Stats: Vigor and Endurance (base requirements for buff spells if desired)
Burial Gift: Any
Quirks: Rapier with off-hand shield or Parrying Dagger, Light Armor/ Medium armor, No Poison, Crossbow, Pine Resins/ Buff spells (Pyromancy, Sorcery, or Miracles), must invade after death by duel, and must not have overly heavy items in inventory.
