Farmer Cohh run:
Farmer Cohh is a long way from Stardew Valley!

Challenges:
Farmer Cohh can ONLY wield farm tools. Ploughs, Scythes, Hand Axe, Thrall Axe, Great Machetes, Picks and basic hammers all allowed and encouraged. Straight Swords are allowed but highly discouraged.
Farmer Cohh may not wield OR equip shields
Farmer Cohh may ONLY wear light armor. Heavy or medium armor would only get in the way on the farm.
Bows are usable to find secrets, but cannot be used in combat
Use of Magic is ultimately left to Shogun Redeye

After we get enough suggestions, Shogun Redeye will compile the best ones and you will be able to vote on them! So post your ideas and stay tuned. ^_^

I think another Samurai build would be awesome. I'm sure redeye could come up with something great for that. Also an archer/dagger build would be really cool

Dragon Build NG+1

Use dragon stone for head, torso, legs and boots. pretty simple
Claws on Main hand and Pyromancy flame on Offhand
Vigor and Vitality for HP and Physical Defense and anything that's good for pyromancy

Reason NG+1 build is because we cant get stones really early in game. still need to find dragon stones

What about a "Dagger Assassin"

Cohh can only use daggers (bow is allowed)
what dagger it is does not matter
Cohh can use throwing knives, firebomb etc
no shield
no magic (or only spook is allowed)
Can only use light armor (or maybe just shadow armor)

Or maybe a "Duelist"

Cohh can only use Rapier or a similar weapon
no magic
no shield

Or maybe "The Fat Knight of Cohhiliton"

Body build/physique must be big/fat
Cohh must have his weight over 70% (which means fat roll!!) (or not, it's up to RedEye)
Armor must be heavy
Weapon must be a sword requiring high str, the alternative is longsword, broadsword or another knightly weapon (but if using a smaller weapon a shield is required)
Shield is optional (if using a big sword)
no magic

Feel free to edit these "builds" Shogun RedEyedMonster

Assassin of the Faith. Based on a build I used in DS2. I'm not very knowledgeable about DS3 as I've been focusing on going into Blind but I wanted to contribute, some of these mechanics might not even exist in the game but I'll try, might require some tinkering by someone more knowledgeable on the game.

Cohh, Servant and Assassin of the Faith in ages long past, is resurrected in this mysterious forsaken land, seeing it as a sign from his Lord he begins once again to assassinate and purge the evil Phantoms and Heretics in this new land. Looking to prove his dedication to his faith he must maintain his embered state given to him by his Lord to strengthen him. Cohh begins his journey not knowing the scope of the horrors that await him and the stretch he must go to show his dedication to his faith.

1. Starter class: Herald or Cleric, use starter weapon until Thrusting Weapon / Rapier is obtained.
2. Can only use Thrusting Weapons, must use a Rapier(s) when obtained.
3. Can not 2 hand weapons.
4. Can use a Shield, but Dual Wielding weapons is encouraged if possible. Cleric chimes/weapons should be used with a shield when equipped.
5. May not enhance weapons with elements, must keep weapon physical scaling.
6. Can use Resin, heavily encouraged. But only Lightning Resin.
7. Can only wear light armour / must stay <50% load at all times.
8. Can only use Miracle spells, no other ranged weapons including firebombs are allowed. Firebombs can be used to clear obstacles if any present in the game. Defensive and Utility alongside Offensive Miracles are all allowed.
9. No summons, unless it impedes on the progression of npc story arcs.
10. Can not flee or avoid PvP. you must kill the heretics.
11. Must try to stay embered, not sure how controllable it is in comparison to staying Human in DS2 but if very then stay Embered. The flames bring you closer to the Light and shows your dedication to your faith.
12. No free levels from Yoel, you must try to stay as Unhollowed as possible. Must stay at 0 Hollow stat if possible.

13. Not sure what covenants are in DS3 but join the Sunlight or equivalent covenant.

Primary Stats. In order.(I don't know much about the stat changes in this game from DS2, but I imagine they would be):

DEX, STR - At the start only high enough to use your weapon effectively.

VIG, END - Around 20 for both. Usually a good number in past Dark Souls games.

FAITH - 25+. 25 is usually the number for offensive miracles like Lightning Spear if present in the game, you can level it optionally higher for higher levels of offensive Miracles.
ATT - ?, Up to 4/5 attunement slots. Depends on how many slots certain spells take up. Level alongside Faith.

DEX, STR - Level these two equally, like an equality build, 40 is usually good.

BONUS STATS (You'll most likely have completed the game before you reach 40/40 Dex/Str):

FAITH - More Faith increases your dark defence and shows your dedication to your Faith.

LUCK - Luck increases your resistant to curses and shows your dedication to your faith, also more items.

The build is focused on using light armour to roll around and being very manoeuvrable, using miracles to provide utility like healing, cleansing poison and attacking at ranged. The Rapier and other thrusting weapons are used for spam jabbing at enemies and the shield amplifies their effectiveness at counter attacking by being able to parry. Lightning Resin helps solidify the fantasy of being a warrior of the faith and also scales well with rapiers and thrusting weapons. Sacred Oath is a miracle from DS2 that scales very well the Rapier and Lightning Resin, not sure if it's in DS3.

I've always been a fan of assassin builds.
Dex/Int. Get a dagger and buff it with magic weapon. Use resins early game. No shield/Fast rolling. Use the fast attack speed to get lots of buff damage in, roll into the enemies, hyper aggressive play style. Just get in there and really abuse the fast speed of daggers.

this build would be called dwarf warrior. you must start as the warrior class.
for this build you must always wear heavy armor a shield and either an ax or mace.
this build will be focused on strength vigor and vitality.
at any point in the game you must make your two estus flasks even you cannot hold 15 yellow and no blue. it would have to be 8 and 7.
bows and crossbows are off limits and must be dropped instantly.
no torches.
no magic of any kind.
armor and shield must be the focus of your upgrades with weapons only being upgraded after armor and shield.
no dropped weapons may be used. only ones "crafted" from vendors (because dwarfs are a proud people and only use handforged weapons.
bombs can be used
throwing knifes can be used
must be "embered" the whole game to keep your kiln up.

The Deadeye

Primary: Short or Longbow
Swap:: Thrusting weapon, dual wield weapon, dagger or shortsword
Shield: None or Parrying Shield
Magic: Yes, but only for buffs.
Armour: Light Armour (ie: Leather / Robes / mail but no plate)
Items: Lots of bombs and throwing knives if you're so inclined.

I've played souls games like this many times, and it's one of the most fun ways and most unique ways to experience the games. With bows as your primary almost all fights are different, feel different and need to be approached differently. The build requires a lot of quick target aiming or well timed shots, and is a lot of fun once you get into it.
