A just-released game for the West is an interesting one to suggest. With the tongue-in-cheek-ness of Earth Defense Force games, we have School Girl Zombie Hunter! 
The game itself has been out in Japan for a couple of months now, by the devs of Senran Kagura and published by the very same publishers of Earth Defense Force

I want to suggest the Banner Saga games. And here is why:
They are very atmospheric, story driven (whith great story) and quite challenging on hard. Thus I think they meet a good combination for a streamer like cohh, challenging his skill, being a fun experience together with chat and being very pretty and complling to watch!
P.S. I would also enjoy Kingdom Hearts simply to see cohh react to it. Plus Kingdom hearts has a LOT of obsessive colection stuff and super secret bosses which sounds like cohhs Jam
