Cohh's Echo randomly defines artificial intelligence

During the Dark Souls Remastered stream today, Cohh's Echo, seemingly unprompted, apparently read a definition related to artificial intelligence. I made a clip of it, but you can't really hear what Alexa says. After spending an embarrassing amount of time on this, I was able to reproduce the results. It seems that the phrase that triggered it was "Oh, that's not how it works?". You can try this yourself by playing this audio clip from the stream to your own Echo. My best guess is that it interpreted something to do with "neural networks".
