How to enable this HUD:
(And position it where you want. Edit Step 3 and 4)

Step 1: Go Into CS:GO

Step 2: Type net_graph 1 in console    (The 1 Enables The HUD)

Step 3: Type net_graphpos 2 in console    (The 2 Centers The HUD)

Step 4: Type net_graphheight 64 in console    (The 64 Is the vertical position of the HUD. You can put (0-1000) on the HUD height)
