Problem with tokens

For some reason, although I am connected to the stream and chat, I dont always get tokens, even Cohh is on or off
Edit1: I am using a laptop and this starts happening from yesterday, although I dont get any disconnections from chat. Some times I get my tokens, but not always (when normal is 1 every 1 hour if Cohh is off and 1 every 15 if Cohh is on)
Edit2: For the last 2 hours I am taking the expected tokens, so either twitch was twitching or something else
