Plan on being a Master Crafter? Let us know! (plus some info)

With Final Fantasy 14:ARR there are 8 (11 if you include gathering professions) crafting professions to create various different items, armour and weaponry within the game. Now - Back in my experience of helping to manage a guild, we had a few people specialising in one, maybe two crafting professions. This is to encourage players within the group to work together for mutual gain and benefit and I'd like to see if we can't set up the same sort of system.
For those not in the know - ARR features three "gathering" Disciplines. Fisher - Which specialises in fishing, Botanist which uses a hatchet to obtain items and the miner which uh...mines.
Now each gathering disciplines will deal with different crafting disciplines. Botanist's for example may procure items useful to Alchemists and Carpenters.
I highly recommend you pick the one you enjoy the most. From what I understand - each gathering Disciplines have a mini game attached to it. So when NDA lifts, I would urge everyone to find something they enjoy. You are in no way obligated to pick just one. Again, I wish to encourage the cohhmunity to work together to achieve greater things.
Onto the Crafting professions you got.
Again I recommend that you all pick one maybe two that you will either use or like the look of and specialise in that. Spreading yourself over everything to become a master of none, jack of all trades is a good idea, but starting off you might find you won't be able to craft stuff at your current level. (might be handing training lower level jobs however)
Please note: You are in no way obligated to put your name down on this list - while providing information on the crafting I simply wish this thread to help people collaborate to get the really good stuff as easily as possible through teamwork.
With that said - to those that wish to become masters of a given craft let us know!
