I hope to be able to play Megadimension Neptunia V-II, but I'm not sure if my allotted budget would allow it.

My budget is $600 CAD, as I live in Ontario Canada.
Operating system, I'll need Windows 10, but I still have a Windows 8 installation disc.
Monitor: I'll need a video card with an HDMI slot if I'm to use my TV as a monitor.
Gaming resolution is Single Monitor, with 1920x1080 for my screen (or so my display monitor settings say, when I have my TV attached via HDMI cord to my laptop).
As for Peripherals, I only need a keyboard and a headset, but I'll be ordering things all separately to try and save money. Basically, don't include this in the budget, as it'll be extra for after I've bought the parts for this.
I won't be overclocking, as I have no clue how to do that in the first place.
As for my plans for this PC, recording and playing video games, watching videos and streams, making music via FL Studio, and general browsing of the net.

Any help is appreciated in advance. If possible, I'd like a terabyte of hard drive space, as I tend to run out of space for my games.
