Yes, at 1080p it's even overkill, but should run it smoothly.

Get some 2x8 GB ram modules(So 16GB RAM total), more future proof(and still upgradable) and no bottleneck if you are using alot of mods for fallout and skyrim.

The power supply is just overkill, just get a 650W 80 plus gold power supply with at least 5 years of warrenty. This still has room for overclocking.

If the SSD is just for your OS the its fine, if you intend to also play games from it get a 256GB or a 500GB SSD(I recommend this if you get frustrated by the load times of for instance a modded fallout)
Overall the bigger the storage of the SSD the faster it gets although not a huge increase. If you really want the load times in games to get low you could decide to go for an M.2 SSD.

This pc can easily handle 1080p at 60 fps, its just plain overkill for it. It can run 1440p at 60 fps but for 4k it could be a little too weak.
