Need a new PC

I was thinking of getting a new PC and with £2000 I was thinking a GTX 1080 GPU, 32gb of RAM, 3tb of storage, 250gb SSD, 1000 watt power supply and an I7 6670 CPU but let me know what you guys think.
My budget is: £2000 max would be the limit so a nice budget to go on.
I live in: Bristol, England.
Operating system: I prefer Windows.
Monitor: I have 2 BenQ GL2706PQ 27 inch LED QHD Monitors but might get a third when I start streaming.
Gaming resolution : 2560 x 1440.
Peripherals?: I have a Razer DeathAdder in blue and black, a Razer BlackWidow in blue and black, a Razer mouse mat and a Razer Kraken in blue and black, so I am ok for now.
Will you do overclocking?: Since i don't know how to no I won't be.
What are you planning to do with the pc?: I would like to play The Witcher 3 on max graphics with decent FPS, I like to enjoy the beauty of games so I prefer them to look nice and run smoothly, also I will be streaming on this PC daily so I will need a good CPU but also want it to look good for the viewers so will need a GPU that can handle that. I will be streaming whatever game I feel like so the graphical range is quite high but I will most likely be playing high graphic games since I prefer them.
I hope you can help me with this build.
