Challenge for tech people budged "gaming" pc 400€

OK here is the "deal" ^^ i need a really really small budged "gaming" pc doesnt need the newest stuff gtx960 would be fine as a cross point for you guys BUT the budged is 400€ BUT i dont need a optical drive and i dont need a storage ( hdd or SSD) and i will check in a few days i may also dont need Memory (ddr RAM) so if you guys can find something around or (preferable) below 400€ you would be a life saver if you could make a pcpartpicker.com list an post it here you guys would be heroes for my little brother


edit: Dont bother with " we need the ram info" if the ram i have doesnt fit i will get new ones from my money this request is more from my mother and she has a limit at 400€
