Hey guys,
I could use an advice for upgrade of my MB and CPU. Intel and MSI most likely. It needs to fit into my Zalman Z3 case. I got GTX 970, 2 SSD and 2 normal Drives and dvd mechanic. I got 16Gb of DDR3 RAM so in future switch for DDR4. What would be the best pick these days without spending a fortune? For PSU I would go with Corsair RM650x.
Thanks for the tips!

Look for an i7 7700k MB/CPU/Memory package deal. You could do that fairly cheap. I just built one with that as the foundation for my nephew and he is loving it.

tbh with components becoming scarse like they are atm thanks to those damn cryptominers to upgrade to a better pc, in your case would prolly be to find a prebuild that comes with a 1080(TI) use your ssd's and sell off the rest and use that money to slap on more ram in the prebuild...

So 16Gb these days is not really enough already? Well I am trying to avoid the whole reinstall thing. Because I updated to Win 10 and would have to either buy it or install Win 7 back. Thanks for the tips. Although I got no idea if any kind of that package is possible in my country CJ so will see.

well for a better processor you prolly need a new mainboard too so if you go with a new mainboard chances are it is ddr4 only.
so you do need to invest in ram cuz most prebuilds come with 8gb so to " upgrade " back to 16 you might have to spend a bit more than the
" default setup " is offering. if your windows 10 is now activated and you have a microsoft account on your pc not a local account, it will remember your licence so you can just download the windows 10 setup installer and it will automatically register with your sign in.
