i have all of my family photo's and video's on it.
when i connect it to a USB port it works for a bit but then nothing else, i can find it under "Device Manager" but it has a weird name (WDC WD10 EARS-00Y5B1 USB Device) and in "Disk Management" (but cant do anything to it)
it does not show up under "Device manager" universal serial bus controllers or in "my computer".
I'm on a windows 10 desktop. have tried to open it on other PC's but with no luck.
Hope there is a tech wizard in here there can help (if you try to help please explain it in depth, i'm not to good with a PC)
