Curious if someone can help me verify this PC build

So, this build I'm making on PC Parts Picker has 2 flags, one is easy enough, and just have to update my BIOS for making sure it can use the 32 GB ram cards, However the other one has my concern with dimensions being a possible issue.
Ultimately, I'm wondering if there's someone who can verify on if the parts will all fit in the Case , or if I should just buy everything, and try to build the computer as-is, and just return parts that don't fit?
