Cohhs current internet configuration?

Hi,
More specifically soes anyone know how Cohh currently has his local network configured to allow access vis his new dedictaed fibre and his local LAN using his old Spectrum internet connection.
I work in IT and am intersted from a technical standplint on how he acomplished this. Multihoming? Dual NICs with separate subnests?
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
