RAM OC help

Hi Cohhilition friends!
I am in need of some help trying to get the 3600mhz potential out of my 32gb 4 x8 Trident G Skill Royal Series, the base clock is at 1066 and XMP just isnt allowing stability, my full specs are
MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON LGA ATX Intel Motherboard
GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 2080 Super WINDFORCE OC 8G Graphics Card
Intel i9-9900K 8 Core 3.7GHz CPU
G.SKILL Trident Z Royal Series 32GB (4 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600 (F4-3600C18D-16GTRS)
I think XMP is having a problem due to there being 4 sticks but Im not sure, I have researched and tried all I know to try and im just stumped and I know I am losing performance due to this.
