Shoutbox suggestion

Maybe make the shoutbox window a big bigger so you can see more of it and have it in more places than JUST the home page like maybe on the search area the help area and maybe in the forum browsing area just a idea so its a bit easier to access. ^-^

I'e never even seen the shoutbox. If you put it on the forum page almost everyone that really uses this site will see it.

Most people who'd use the shoutbox will just be on the twitch chat anyway.

It's not necessarily meant to be a chat room on the site. If that is something that people desire, then we can look at actually integrating a separate chat into the site. For now, the shoutbox will stay on the home page only.

I actually believe a chat could be a good thing on the site... but, it also could be a bad thing. If people tends to use the website chat more than the stream chat, and/or it would probably begin to be more of a chat-site more than a forum, and I don't believe that is what is intended for the website.
