My budget is:4-5k € (6-8 months from now)
I live in: Estonia
Operating system: Win10
Monitor: one G sync 144hz for games and the second for having tabs open
Need a keyboard and wierless headset(no need for highend just longevity)
Pc is mainly for gaming
Is the 2080 ti a good investment.

I'm not too keyed up on monitors so I would recommend a visit to Linus Tech Tips (either their YouTube or Forum) but here is a quick and dirty PC spec for you. Fine-tuning will be required based on requirements, personal preference, and cost-effectiveness (i.e. are you planning to overclock, do you need Wi-Fi on the motherboard, etc).
