DRUMBLES, the heavy weapon weilding, low intelligence, chaotic neutral, borderline super-mutant courier.
My inspiration for this build was to get the stuff you have yet to use out of the way (heavy weapons, lasers, low int, low charisma) and also because NV has some pretty funny interactions with low int
Name: DRUMBLES
DRUMBLES NOT LIKE THINKS, BUT GOOD AT GUN. DRUMBLE LIKE THE RED LINES FROM SHINY GUN, BUT DRUMBLES NOT LIKE PEOPLE BEING MEAN TO HIM
S.P.E.C.I.A.L.
Strength:10 (DRUMBLES IS STRONK)
Perception: 4 (DRUMBLES isnt exactly unobservant, but he is too easily distracted to actually pay attention to important things)
Endurance:10 (DRUMBLES is built like a flufffin' tank)
Charisma:1 (DRUMBLES IS NO TACT)
Intelligence:1 (DRUMBLES NO THINKY)
Agility: 4 (DRUMBLES is by no means a ballerina, but he is MUCH quicker than some may expect)
Luck: 10 (Honestly, this is probably the only reason DRUMBLES has survived as long as he has)
Tag Skills: Energy Weapons, Survival, and Medicine
Starting traits are Wild Wasteland and Fast Shot, DRUMBLES keeps seeing weird things that dont make sense, and he is too dumb to realize that aiming is a thing; however, due to his choice of "spinny sparkly guns" he still ends up killing things pretty effectively
Level 2 Perk: Rapid Reload
Level 4 Perk: Cohh's Choice
Level 6 Perk: Toughness
Level 8 Perk: Stonewall
Level 10 Perk: Finesse (DRUMBLES has an effective 15 points of luck for critical hits, he also dont know what thees words meen)
Level 12 Perk: Life Giver
Level 14 Perk: Adamantium Skeleton
Level 16 Perk: Meltdown
Level 18 Perk: Better Criticals
Level 20 Perk: Cohh's Choice
Level 22 Perk: Laser Commander
Level 24 Perk: Them's Good Eating
Level 26 Perk: Home on the Range (It is probably a good thing that DRUMBLES does not realize the dangers of sleeping in the middle of nowhere)
Level 28 Perk: Roughin' it
Level 30 Perk: Burden to Bear
Any and all others are Cohh's choice. The goal of these perks is to make DRUMBLES into a tank, BUT Cohh is encouraged to alter any of these choices if he can rationalize it.
Mods: (no, not you guys, the game mods)
Project Nevada: HIGHLY recommended, it makes the game much more challenging by rebalancing enemies, food no longer heals, the hardcore requirements for eating, sleeping, and drinking are much more strict, and it adds a new system of cybernetic implants (but these may not be for DRUMBLES).

EVE: Visual mod that makes laser weapons in particular look much better, but not required

WME: Adds many cut weapon mods and also new ones, it seems a bit strong, but with the added challenge of PN, it makes for a much more fun game (also, works amazingly with eve thanks to the WMEVE compatibility patch)

Interior lighting overhaul: MUST HAVE, it makes the buildings much darker and more atmospheric, also adds light switches to what seems like every room in the game

Fellout: MUST HAVE, Removes the orange tint to everything, as well as adding weather.

NVR2: Highly Recommended. Remodels (seemingly) every npc in the game to be more accurate to their personality/story, I would recommend the NVR3 version, but that has some VERY NSFW/L scenes/

I use all of these mods and they play nice together, but no promises, just remember to load NVR2 last.
Rules: No companions (unless you can find someone as dumb as DRUMBLES), you must be on Very Hard/Hardcore, and if using Project Nevada, you are only allowed to make things tougher. You must also pick some toy that DRUMBLES collects, be it Teddy Bears, Cars, or Cinderblocks. If someone insults you or your intelligence, YOU MUST KILL THEM.
Playstyle: DRUMBLES DONT LIKE VATS, you must always use a laser weapon if you can, otherwise you must use plasma, and only if you have neither are you allowed to use "Boomy Guns" (head to goodsprings cave for an early laser)
Story: DRUMBLES was found under a tree by some passing merchants, the wife of the leader had just lost her child, and decided to adopt the toddler. They quickly found that DRUMBLES was not a toddler, and in fact, he was still a newborn who just happened to be exceptionally large. After the first week, he had consumed a month's worth of rations for a full grown adult, and one of the guards with questionable morals took him far from the caravan and shot him in the head. Thanks to his exceptionally thick skull (and small brain) DRUMBLES was relatively unaffected by this, and was able to survive in the wilderness for several months (mostly by killing would-be predators). Eventually he was taken in by a kind older woman, and he was able to live with her and help on the farm (pulling the plow mostly) until he was 16, at which point he wandered too far, turned a corner, and was hopelessly lost.
Later that day, DRUMBLES was found by a Courier, and deciding he liked how the word "Currier" felt in his mouth, he ended up following along until he was old enough to be officially hired. He quickly gained a reputation for being the best to hire if you wanted your package delivered fast... as long as it was not edible.
His most recent job was to take a small round disk to New Vegas, and he was not too pleased, as the man said it was called a "chip" but he was not able to eat it
