You move faster with your weapon holstered, but other than that there is no way to sprint on the xbox version but the Pc version has a mod that allows you to sprint for AP points.

I'm excited for the game Grand Theft Auto V its one of the best GTA's ever. If you said San Andreas or IV was better. Your wrong well its your opinion but Grand Theft Auto V has went over there Pre-Order Goal. This is the biggest Grand Theft Auto map. The best features! Also and never before seen Single Player where you have 3 players to choose from!... Plus multiplayer is the first time ever seen Jets not just helicopters...JETS! Those were only found on the P.C. Version of MTA San Andreas (Multiplayer for San Andreas on P.C.) I can't wait for this to come out and I'm having the timer on it

. If you can tell me how to put the timer on this that will be a big thanks!

Firstly for anyone who enjoys ARPG's the number 1 ARPG at the moment Path of Exile! Beats Diablo3 in every aspect + its F2P ! Try it out y'all! I've spent over 1000 hours on this game since the closed beta and I still keep going back to it! Amazing developement team, constant patching and new content!
Secondly Baldur's Gate Trilogy, Icewind Dale and Dragon Age for those who love RPG's !
And for those who love LOTR. I would recommend trying out LOTRO the world is immersive and the community is great (but small).
And lastly shamefully: Total War: Rome 2... I just love total war and the whole Rome period. Bugs and all its a good game.

I have to agree with whoever said Planescape:Torment. Best story ever for a RPG. I've played it several times since first purchasing it back in early 2000. A definite must-play. I'd also recommend Arcanum due to it breaking the mold of gameplay in an isometric game.

Half-Life for sure. it was what really got me into playing games. Road Rash, A-10 Tank Killer, Spyro the Dragon. And most of all Morrowind, to me it was the best of The Elder Scrolls games.

Oh there are a ton of games but I'm a lot for RPG, Survival and Strategy games.
Baldur's gate series (also Icewindale).
Neverwinter Nights series.
Dragon Age 1.
Terraria.
Starbound.
Civilisation Colonisation, you can get it for Civ IV as well but the original is the best.
Warcraft 1-3.

I don't have a PS3, so I just have experienced the walkthrough by Frankie on You Tube fore "The Last of US" and man do I really just want to buy a PS3 for that game only. As for what I have actually played, recently I just played Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning and I have to say it was the best 5 bucks spent. Although I think the price is a little higher on steam right now, but Amazon still had the PC version for 4.99. It is an RPG with an action style combat, my favorite part of the game was the ability to change up whenever you wanted. Can mix up skill trees and go full bore into one. The only downside is crafting can make you OP and that really takes away from the combat a little bit.

This is a tough topic because not everyone likes the same kind of games. With so many genres to choose from it makes it very difficult to pick one game. One that comes to mind is Bastion by Supergiant Games. It's a beautiful little game with a very interesting tale in a colorfully creative world, excellent voice work, and an amazing soundtrack. Whether you play it on Xbox, Playstation, PC, or iPad it doesn't matter just play the game. You won't be disappointed. Oh, and make sure you wear headphones.

Alan Wake is a fun experience, and there is a reason many games get compared to it. In that same vein, the original Dead Space with headphones on in a dark room is right up there.

A quick list I liked:
Mafia (pc - console port sucked) - Takes place in the 30's I think, nice story and realized world, FPS/Action.
X-com (already mentioned) - old ones are great and scary (the first 2) new one is good too, Strategy/Base building.
FTL - Sci-Fi, hard to explain...a lot of strategy/RNG/rogue like.
Prison Architect - Build a prison! check out sips on youtube, his new series uses the latest build so you can see before you buy.
Dishonored - A revenge tale, FPS/Stealth (if you want). Nice setting if a bit depressing.
I gotta stop there or there'd be 20+ more, lol.

If you have a PS3, I really enjoyed Valkyria Chronicles. Fun gameplay and a great story and cutscenes. Came out several years ago and can be picked up pretty cheaply.
