Name: Mr. Invincible
Skills: your choice
must have Weird Wastelands
Play style: You can do anything you want BUT you CAN NOT enter any buildings only exceptions are for quests even then no looting. Your claustrophobia hinders you from thinking clearly when inside of a building so you can't loot anyone who dies inside a building (quest exceptions). If a quest brings you in a building you may pick up any quests inside but only have 3 min from quest advancement to get any extra quests once the time is up you MUST leave the building that 3 min includes any trading you may want to do so choose. So you have to rely on what you find in the wasteland and roaming traders.

Name:The lucky milktost genius. _ Play style: You are a coward (strength <1) but very smart (with intelligence 8>). In combat if health drops below 25% you must drop courent weapon never to be used again in the playthrough and run away from hostiles screeming and carrying on. You can not add any points to melee, explosive, energy, guns, unarmed. And in luck u will be just fine (luck 8>)

Name & Bio:
Angus Cohhilition the Fifth (Open for change)
He's got a scottish background and therefore has a scottish accent. He's red haired and has very pale skin.
Angus has a long family background of miners. His great-great grandfather, Angus Cohhilition the First, moved from the Scottish Highlands to the Mojave Desert in hopes of building a family fortune. He was skilled in his self-proclaimed "art" of explosives. His mining enterprise did not find much success, however his descendants followed in his footsteps. Angus Cohhilition the Fifth is no exception, even though the world had seemingly went to hell.
After joining the Mojave Express in hopes of making enough money to rebuild the family enterprise, he would receive a strange delivery order. A very strange and mystical platinum chip, which would later prove to be a bad luck charm. After being captured and shot in the head for the platinum chip, he would go on to find his attempted murderers.
Playthrough Style:
Main weapons & armor:
- Explosives
- Large guns (Rocket & grenade launchers, Flamethrowers, Shotguns)
- Optionally: Melee weapons instead of large guns, but since that was used in the last playthrough, it might prove to be dull.
- Medium/light armor (I don't believe that there's a plaid kilt, or a scottish bonnet in the game)
Since Angus has a fascination with all things explosives, you'd have to use explosives as much as possible.
Angus is an alcoholic, which means that you must use alcohol as a main form of hydration. I'm sure this can be expanded upon (drinking streams, have to drink all alcoholic beverages you find etc...)
Angus doesn't have a specific allegiance, you'd rather form coalitions. He's a very charismatic person, often talking about his great stories of blowing up various objects.
Optionally you'd have to speak with a very aggressive scottish accent.
Selected Skills:
- Speech (Medicine is a good alternative, since you'll probably be hitting yourself)
Feel free to make any changes.
*As you might've noticed, this is heavily inspired by the demoman of TF2*
--> I'd imagine him looking like this <--

Name: Leroy Jenkins (any name is fine, just a suggestion)
Background: You are an extreme Germaphobe, so you will not engage in hand to hand combat unless you absolutely have to. Also due to your hate for germs, you will not drink from toilets or eat or drink things with rads. If you have to eat or drink one of these things, you have to drop a piece of loot as a ritual to regain your cleanliness. If you dont want to drop a piece of loot, you can also take a drug to ease your mind.
You are also a masochist so you are not allowed to regenerate your health unless its under 50%
Additionally you are a high functioning sociopath, so you know how to choose your allies, but you wont miss a chance to steal from or betray them if it benefits you. Due to your lack of emotion, and annoyance for dealing with others emotions, you will ultimately choose robots to be your allies of choice.
Your Father served in the military and was also an avid hunter, so you have a high skill with guns. Also before entering the army, your father went to school for engineering, and taught you everything he knows.
Your Mother was a scientist and a doctor, giving you high proficiency in medicine and science. Your combined knowledge of science from your mother and guns from your father have also made you decent with energy weapons. Your above average intelligence makes you naturally curious and you love to explore as much as you can.
As a child, you didn't fit in with kids very well, causing you to be bullied and tormented. Due to being an outcast, you started to resort to criminal activities for fun, mainly breaking into to homes and stores. There was one encounter where you broke into a fortune tellers place, and she caught you. Instead of reporting you to the authorities, she cursed you with bad luck for the rest of you life, which you scoffed at.
S.P.E.C.I.A.L:
Due to your love for loot your strength will be 8+
Your curse makes your luck 2-(can be overrode with Intense Training perk later)
Although you lack emotion, you know how to manipulate others, making Charisma 6+
Your information from your parents makes your intelligence and agility 6+
The rest of S.P.E.C.I.A.L is for you to decide
Skills:
Guns, medicine 60+
Energy weapons 50+
Science, speech, barter, lockpick 75+
Repair has to be 90 for jury rigging
melee weapons 45-
Unarmed cannot level up directly
Recommended tagged skills: Repair, science, speech
Any other skills are up to you!(this build is for once you have reached level 50, and order for leveling up the skills does not matter.)
Traits:
Wild Wasteland
Trigger Discipline
Highly Recommended Perks:
Strong Back
Burden to Bear
Grunt
Jury Rigging
Living anatomy
Shotgun surgeon (get it, cause dads guns and moms Medicine :p )
Swift Learner
Recommended Perks: (not so much for the build, just good perks)
Tag!
Life Giver
Friend of the night
Explorer
Educated
Comprehension
PS while playing the dead money DLC, melee weapons are acceptable due to the lack of other weapons

*This is pretty much a draft so bare with me. If you have questions and tips just pm me. This may be confusing so thats why this may take awhile. xD
Name: XxMlGC0(zero)hhC4rN4G3$N1P3RxX (Name may be changed, realized it may be too long...)
Backround:
As a kid, Cohh loved playing games like Call of Duty and Halo. He watched MLG Pro games and aspired t0 be like those pro gamers. Cohh trained hard to be a MLG pro and became a legend. He wiped his competitions in tournaments but at the cost of his social life. Cohh has poor speech skills, always trash-talking. He lives off on Nuka Cola (Mountain Dew) and Fancy Lad Cakes (Doritos). By being a shut in for most of his life, Cohh claims to see the Illuminati sign whenever he sees a triangle.
One day, he got kicked out from his own home so he gets a job in the courier business. Surprisingly he can handle himself by being able to use a gun. However, his social skills is terrible so he doesn't get along with anyone well. In the Wasteland, Cohh tries to get the life of a pro MLG back by being the best. Little does he know that Cohh only has one life.
Playstyle/Mechanics
- You are in a mindset of playing Call of Duty
- Therefore the types of weapons you are able to use are:
- Small Guns: Snipers, Assault Rifles, Handguns, etc
- Heavy Guns: Light Machine Guns and RPGs, no miniguns
- Melee Weapons: Knife
- Throwing Weapons: Throwing Knife
- Explosives: Anything but energy-typed weapons
*NOTE!* You have to pick between Small Guns or Heavy Guns and ONLY stick to those weapons. For example, if you pick Small Guns you cannot use Heavy Guns weaponry so no miniguns, LMGs, etc. Handguns are an exception! Also do not ask for Energy Weapons, we’re looking at Call of Duty here as of now. I may change my mind.
- In Call of Duty, you have loadouts for your character, which determines what weapons and perks you would be using for a match. In Fallout, it will the same thing but I am creating a proposal.
- You are allowed only a Primary Weapon (Small Guns or Heavy Guns), Secondary Weapon (Small Guns: Handguns), Knife (Melee), Lethal (Explosive/Throwing), Tactical (Explosive/Throwing), and Equipment (Like trip mines so Explosive).
- You will need to hotkey your weapons before a fight since you CANNOT access your pipboy during a fight.
- The weapons in your hotkeys are considered your loadout so those are the weapons you HAVE to use in an encounter, but you are able to change your loadout before and after a battle.
- Having the sight of an enemy is considered engagement, so you will have fight. So if you are sniping and you see an enemy, you will have to engage.
- Healing
- You can only use FOOD and DRINK consumables.
- Stimpacks and other medical aid are forbidden.
- Fun Mechanics
- Here’s the fun part but these are OPTIONAL
- I would recommend a MLG soundboard because you are playing as a Pro MLG kid. Using a Call of Duty soundboard is good too.
- Oh Baby A Triple! - During each battle, if you score a triple kill you gotta play and you gotta do a tokens4all.
- Illuminati - if you see a triangle, you gotta assume that it is an Illuminati sign and play and do a tokens4all.
- TACTICAL NUKE INCOMING! - I believe you know what to do with this , whenever that is played, everyone gets a tokens4all.
- More to come...maybe
S. P. E. C. I. A. L.
*Note* Honestly this is up to you but for roleplay purposes, Charisma has to be 1-3 as you don’t have much social skills. This build is for Snipers because you are XxMlGC0hhC4rN4G3$N1P3RxX, unless you change. Still testing this build.
- S (6) - This would allow you to be able to carry Snipers or Heavy Weaponry if you go that path.
- P(7) - Perception seems like it should be an important attribute for snipering, but isn’t really important. Good to grab some perks.
- E (8) - Endurance improves hit points and resistances. In New Vegas, it controls how many implants you can add to your character.
- C (3) - Now Charisma helps to make your companions increase their damage and Damage Threshold, so if you're planning to use companions a lot, then you might want to increase this attribute, but if you're not planning to use them at all, then you can safely drop it to 1.
- I (7) - An intelligence of 7 is enough for most of the intelligence speech checks but you’re not doing speech checks hehe. An intelligence of 4 is required for the Comprehension and Educated perks.
- A (7) - The Better Criticals perk requires an agility of 6.
- L (9) - Crits!
Perks
*NOTE* Honestly up to you. Focus of perks that increases the damage for your weapons. I will update this later.
Skills
- Small Guns OR Heavy Guns (You still need to use Handguns w/e of what you pick)
- Explosives
- Melee
Traits
Here are some of the choices for your traits
- Small Frame
- Built to Destroy
- Fast Shot
- Trigger Discipline
- Wild Wasteland
- Loose Cannon
- Four Eyes
- Heavy Handed

Age : 46
Bio :
Ken Uston is a courier since his young age without a great natural charisma, he knows how to barter his pay for all his contracts. Intelligent and always wanting to know more, he uses his job to find and learn new knowledge about the Wasteland in general. He learned how to avoid hot spots and how to make his way in difficult areas. He doesn't hesitate to pick up and even steal valuable items when he found some to improve his pay.
Ken met a mojave weapon shop keeper who made a deal with him. If he would deliver a package to his son, the shop keeper would teach him how to handle, repair and customize energy weapons from the laser pistol to the plasma cannon. After this deal, Ken chose to only use and trust the weapons he knows and works on himself.
Eight years ago he lost his family after a Great Khans raid. He swore he will avenge his wife and daughter one day.
After this loss, he started drinking and spend a lot of time in New Vegas Strip during his free time.
Six years ago, after a few drinks at the Gomorrah, he bought a few chips and gambled them on a Blackjack game. He lost all his savings this night.
After this day, he would go spend his pay right away at the nearest casino and try to get some money back. Sometimes his pay isn't enough. He find then a way to get some chips.
He learned how to get caps from stolen items and even killed some thugs to obtain what he needed.
When he is on the road, he enjoys spending time with the merchants. He learn with them a game he never heard of before : Caravan. Like for gambling, Ken was quickly addicted to caravan and has to play whenever he can.
Playstyle :
Gambling :
Every time you enter a location with a casino or caravan player nearby, you first stop will be this gambling establishment/player.
In Casinos :
You will have a few drinks and change half your money ( all currencies ) into chips when you enter.
If you have less than 1000 caps, you have to sell items/gear at least 500 caps worth of chips.
You'll gamble (blackjack, roulette, slots) until you lose all your actual chips or double your starting amount.
Chat will vote for what game you have to play first each time you enter to satisfy your addictions.
If you're near the house limit, redeem your chips and leave.
- House Limits [+] Show

Atomic Wrangler Casino : 5k
Gomorrah : 9k
Sierra Madre Casino : 10k

You cannot use temporary Luck buffs.
Once your addiction contented, every time you come back in this casino before leaving the location, you'll have to play some chips. No amount required. Buffs are allowed only after you satisfied your addiction.
Once you're leaving your actual location for at least 15 minutes (real time), your needs come back and you'll have to run to the casino when you see one.
Reminder : Casinos will kick you out if you win too much in one session. Redeem your price and get new chips if you want to continue.
If banned you will have to wait 4 days to gamble there again (don't forget to set up the mod). If you enter an area and you're banned from the only casino around, you'll drink a lot more than usual to forget your addiction.
Caravan game :
You'll have to satisfy your gambling addiction even far away from Casinos. You'll play every Caravan player encountered. You have to win or leave after losing all your caps to continue your adventure.
After you first game of Caravan, your main objective will be to have your own deck. Until you get one, all main and side quest are meaningless and paused.
Once you have your own deck you'll want to get the best Card. Buy all the cards you found. If you see a card you can't afford, find an other way to own it. You must own the best Deck by any means.
Caravan is Only one part of your addiction. You cannot compromise a Casino for a card.
In the Wasteland :
You'll use mainly Energy Weapons and some Explosives, and you will always prefer the ones you modded yourself. You may use other Weapons only if needed by a quest or if you loose your main weapons.
You are always trying to find a better pay so do not hesitate to steal/open/loot except around/in gambling locations.
Each time you see a Great Khans member, you will kill him and enjoy this little piece of revenge. Have fun with your weapons, be creative ! Your end game objective is too kill a maximum of them.
Every time you see wastelanders fighting against raiders you'll try to help and kill the raiders. You do not want them to break another family.
Every time you find unusable slots or gambling table you have to stay nearby for +/- 15s to search for chips/cards.
If you are under attack, you're allowed to take cover. Once you're sure there is nothing here or you picked up everything, you can engage.
Mods : Casino Chips Retextured,
Caravan Card Control,
Casino Unbanner (set at 4 days just in case) and
Caravan Overhaul Compilation are the only gambling related mods allowed (and required).
You can use any other mod wanted that will not interfer with those previous mods.

Name: Walt Goad
Selected Skills: Guns, Repair, speech
Playstyle: Helping those in a bad situation is mandatory, if someone needs help you will help them any way you can, even if there apart of a gang,as long as there not attacking you,you help them. If you can't talk you're way through the wasteland you'll shoot your way through instead. Walt will use machine guns and avoid 'innocent' and civilian csualties, if you do kill someone that's obviously nonagressive you must give out tokens. However, witnessing an nonagressive npc die by anothers hand put you in a rage where youll kill all whome caused the innocent(s) death. Finally for looting, you will not steal(unless it's a drug or alcohol), if it's red hands off, and you will dispose of any alcohol and drugs you find, those that deal with the stuff anger you and you will not deal with them i.e. no trading with bar or tavern owners and definitely not with any drug dealers.
Bio: Being ex-military has its perks in the wasteland, especially when words aren't enough. Walt has had a tough life, fighting in more wars than he'd like to admit. He's seen death and has caused death, this caused him to drown his sorrows with drink and later, drugs...he did some things he's not proud of and hurt some people close to him, he's been clean for five years now and absolutely detests the stuff. His experiences caused him to want to rid the world of drugs and alcohol and help any in need, because he knows what it's like to be down and out. Having no job, no home, and no one to turn to...luckily he got a job as a courier...

I was thinking if a "Vampire" playthrough for either New Vegas or 3.
Cohh has to kill everyone, but indeed EVERYONE, he can not be outside in the sunlight nor can he touch water, he must search for blood and sleep during the day, there might be fun mods for this (Like a 24/7 night mod, if it excists) but I'm not quite sure about that.
Also Cohh has to rely mostly on melee attacks (Like biting an enemy, sort of) and suck everyone's delicious blood.

Cohh i dont know anything about fallout, but i think you would like this
No Hoarder playthough:
Only the bare minimal to keep you a life
so minimal food/water etc.
as little bottle caps as needed.
limited ammo
1 melee weapon max
steal, only to throw it away
Bio:
you where a hoarder when life was good and dont want to life like that anymore nor do you want it for others therefor you steal everything you can find just to throw it away.

Honestly you can use any of the suggested playthroughs that are listed as long as you install the Nevada Skies - Weather Effects from the Nexus. It adds a lot of fun and variation to the mix. Thank you

Tagged skills, Unarmed, Melee, Sneak or Speech
Needs to learn the perks, Black Widow(lvl 2), Cherchez la Femme(lvl 2) Cannibal(lvl 4), Educated(lvl4-Int 4), Mister Sandman(lvl10-Sneak 60), Night Person(lvl 10), Ghastly Scavenger(lvl 12-Cannibal Perk), Piercing Strike(lvl 12-Unarmed 70), Slayer(Ag 7, Unarmed 70)( all others are Cohh's decision)
Playthrough Style & Bio: Rias is a simple girl that just didn't get the best of luck in life. After taking a bullet to the brain she's come a bit further then "unhinged" in the form of a genius homicidal killer. Rias is also VERY brutal up close when needs to be but tries to sneak around. She has since become a pale rosewood haired recluse of the night who loves the sound of people's cries of fear. Oh and she just loves caps, if she's got to kill her own grandmother for it she will to get that next single cap. There is only one gun she dares to use. the Ranger Sequoia from Chief Hanlon's cannibalized corpse. She also has a strange fetish for forks, and has a burned Pre-War book on her at all times...
While playing New Vegas and Borderlands I thought of this and how crazy some of the characters are in video games now adays but the main character is never like the Hannibal Lector type so I made this. If you pick this archetype you need to do a evil laugh when ever you use Cannibalism lol that should cover it all as simple as it is. Regardless of what you pick I look forward to the playthrough Cohh

Even though Torque can be aggressive, he likes to try to talk things out or pick a lock or two before taking out the big guns.
