To get to lvl 20 you'd need to idle in the chan 24/7 for ~27 months and hope he streams on avg 8 hours a day throughout that time
if somebody wants to spend that much time and money on donations, then more power to 'em

I believe that you are only level 0 for 0 points, once you hit 1 point I think you start at level 1. So you are correct, but level 0 Doesn't last very long. Please correct me if I am wrong.

no i was level 0 all the way from 0/2000-2000/2000 exp. when i hit 2k it said level one.

Since experience is based on lifetime tokens and not current tokens, no. There is no way to lose experience.
