I joined the server this morning, did not get too much time to play it though so I am looking forward to doing that during my day off tomorrow. It spawned me on a different planet than the one mentioned in the OP, so I doubt I will see anyone anytime soon, but I'm looking forward to it!

As of now, we do not have a hub. ;/

Me and a friend have started a project now to basically use up all the scrap decorations we find and try to colonize a whole planet

You're all free to come to the planet and help build and expand or just throw in your junk decorations into the chests (that's where you port down to).

Looks like I need to create a new character for the MP.
Main one has mods and will get messed up if I try MP.

That is natural, since the server does not have the mods you have (or any mods, for that matter) and thus can't compile your chars / ships data properly.

This sounds like fun Id definitly want to give this a try . is it the "normal" verstion or any of the experimentals (I.e. Nightly)?

Count me in for sure! Havent really played it too much so if there are other noobs running around I wont feel so out of place
