All of the tree values in terms of size are incorrect. I will update the sheet tonight.

May 19, 2014 update #1:
- Added hyperlinks to items
- Added new trees: Abundant Ginkgo, Cedar, Rumbling Archeum, Thunderstruck
- Updated tree size grid for size 2 trees

May 19, 2014 update #2:
- Added new tree: Pomegranate
- Updated tree sizes. All values now reflect their diameter in square units as per http://imgur.com/a/91FCH
- New tree size: Morina, 6.5 or 7.0. Needs confirmation.
- All tree sizes will need to be updated from wild trees
