Honestly, those colours are so bright I can't even read them. I'd say more contrast, and darker or dimmer colours.

Thats okay, and not everyone can be professional. I do however recommend that you do some colour studies, read up a bit on it and just practice (:
From a beginner standpoint, you could just make the text solid white, or some colour heavily contrasting the background. And a less vibrant colour for the background, I recommend a desaturated fuschia. And remember, sometimes, less is more.

Thanks for advices i know i need more to learn but its hard when you have so little time. Maybe one day i will be better or maybe not

Time is key. I spent 4 years doing graphics till I thought I was good enough to make it a job.
