Another vote for System Shock 2. I'd love to see that game re-released with an updated engine.

first has to be "dead space", if he hasnt played it yet followed by either "dead space 2" or "Alien Isolation"... depends on how fast he finishes DS 1. "The Evil Within" launches on 21. oct, so he can finish the month with that. With Alien Isolation and Evil Within he has two horror games and big launch titles at once. Fill-in could be "Condemned: Criminal Origins" (classic) or "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter"(new).

What it lacks in, well, everything, it makes up in old school goodness and puzzles and scary shenanigans.

Personally, i think Binding of Isaac qualifies, not really horror but screwed up enough to have so many moments. Especially if you know some of the enemy backstories.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clive_Barker's_Jericho this should qualify as well.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siren_(video_game) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forbidden_Siren_2
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siren:_Blood_Curse this series should qualify as a whole if you have a system that can run them.

Cohh,
If you haven't done a playthough on Lucius it is worth a look. It is a horror, adventure, and funny in a twisted kind of way. I watched someone else play through it and it looked like a lot of fun. I really think you would enjoy streaming it, and it's only $20 on steam.

Penumbra Black Plague is an absolutely horrifying game, made by Frictional Games, the same guys who brought you Amnesia. Set in an abandoned underground, paranormal research facility on Greenland. It shares the same nerve wrecking atmosphere as Amnesia, and features enemies who cannot be fought, which forces the player to hide and run for it. Naturally it's all first person with puzzle solving serving as progression, like Amnesia.
Would love to see Cohh play it

I'd like to quickly suggest Vapour. It's not a massively in-depth game, but it is really a game full of NOPE. It has some sort of quest, so it is suitable for streaming.
Vanish could also be worth playing
