I'd say try to improve your stream and grow it as much as possible on your own first. Be yourself but set yourself apart from others. Make sure you have a solid streaming schedule and you stick with it. When Cohh sees how far you've come on your own and how much work you've put into it he will be more likely to give you that shot. Secondly, support the Cohhilition community. Tweet out the show, be active in Cohh's channel, active on the forums etc. Being an active part of any community will get you noticed sooner. Also, send some raids to members of the Cohhilition. Share the love and maybe you'll get raided back by some of them and you can grow your channels together even if you're not part of the Cohhilition yet.
Overall i think Cohh is looking to weed out the people who work hard and are truly interested in streaming from those who sporadically stream and are all bark and no bite. If you have the heart then Cohh can and will pick up on that. In the end though, it's still going to come down to Cohh and what he thinks of you and your stream. But... you can make sure yourself that he notices you and take as many of the doubts away that he might otherwise have.
