Break out the DJ equipment and mix a track with chat / the community. No idea if this is realistic, but I'd like to hear a Cohh track.

Phoenix Wright Original Trilogy (although it's a lot of reading, so maybe space it out over time? Maybe do a case or two every so often when there's a gap in his schedule)
D4 playthrough (it's a wild ride)
Ratchet & Clank playthrough (he liked the PS5 game reveal)
Secret of Monkey Island and/or Myst playthroughs (revisit the classics from our childhood)
Final Fantasy XIV full story playthrough (Shadowbringers is something special)
Animal Crossing island tour (could be a cozy stream?)

Those are my gaming suggestions.

Also, Cohh has collected so much gaming memorabilia over the years that he's bought or been given by studios. It would be cool if he did a stream showcasing his collection.

Hi! A stream with mods (like drop frames) sharing opinions for anything, games or technology related.

He could play Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the first entry in the trails series. Would enjoy seeing this, its a JRPG but has a great story.
