The Cohhilition

We all seen an awesome popups Triwar has made. What I was thinking.. is it possible to make a popup frame with a random quote appearing from time to time? Is it possible? Does it worth it? Will it fit the channel in general?

In my opinion it wouldn't really fit, and cohh mentioned he wants to make the screen less cluttered, but a pop-up would probably not go against that.
