The Cohhilition

I am in need of a FULL upgrade of my system (currently using a Q8200 and DDR2 ram).
Due to circumstances my budget is only around the £400 mark (yes i'm in the UK).

I found this Bundle on overclockers and would like some opinions on it

what gpu do you have?

a gt 640 at the min want to get the main guts sorted then save for a new card, atm I cant even play cities:skylines due to processor not being powerful enough (not my graphics). So whilst the 640 wont be able to play things on max it can still work.
