Fancy playing a grand strategy game of Fallout? Check this thread!

Hey fellow cohhilition members! Although I am not a regular forum user, inspired by Cohh's weighing in on game genres that would make a great Fallout game I wanted to share with you an astounding attempt of creating a Fallout grand strategy game with multiple playable factions of North American wastelands.
The game I am talking about, is not a game per se, but an extremely thoroughly crafted modification of a Paradox Interactive game called The Darkest Hour (which itself is basically a highly improved version of the Hearts of Iron 2, a WWII grand strategy game). Fallout Doomsday, which is the name of the mod, is possibly the best mod in the history of Paradox user-created content, and has been continuously improved for over than 7 years now, starting as an HoI2 mod, with the current v2.1 released for Darkest Hour. Let me quote paradoxian wiki for a brief introduction/summary of the game:
We would like to introduce you to Fallout's Doomsday, a post apocalyptic mod for Hearts of Iron 2 Doomsday Armageddon.
Have you been thinking about reuniting USA as a nation long after the world ended, leading your armies across radiated deserts to fight the mutated monsters and raiders out there? Or maybe you have been dreaming about conquering those weak humans while leading an army of powerful Mutant warriors to victory in their endless wars? Or perhaps you want to control the Enclave, the shadowy survivors of the pre-War US government who fled to their offshore bases before the Bombs fell, using their high tech science and sinister experiments to establish a new world order?
All those paths await you in a new mod that has been created as a tribute for two best computer role playing games ever: Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. The mod is set in the Wastelands, the radioactive and windswept remnant of what was once North America. Take control of one of the many groups rising to power on top of the ashes and ruins of pre-War civilisation. Build industries and infrastructure, research technologies, manage your resources, conduct diplomacy with other nations, build and manage your military forces to achieve dominance over the Wastelands.
I can only add that this mod has a ton of content, thousands of events, hundreds of provinces, over 40 fallout factions (from NCR, through Caesars Legion to Brotherhood of Steel and many others). It is advised to play with Fallout soundtrack on, hope you guys will enjoy it!
